A cool, windy, unsettled season, the grapes only just sneaking into the winery ahead of heavy autumn rains. The smaller bunches produced concentrated flavours and resulted in a wine with great structure and balanced acidity. Further cellaring will reward.
Complex aromas of strawberry and plum with savoury and spicy notes.
Fresh and balanced displaying red and dark fruit. 30% new oak brings texture and length to the wine.
